Shopping & Checkout 

Please use the buttons to the left and top to navigate the various departments. Add your chosen products to your shopping basket by choosing from the drop down options available and clicking on the add to basket button. Once you are ready, click the checkout button in the basket on the right side of the screen. Whilst you are going through the checkout procedure, please remember to include a telephone number in case it is needed by the courier company delivering your package, and ensure that your delivery details are correct.

Due to customer feedback please note ALL pre-pack and retail ready items are sold WITHOUT our branding labels (for customers to apply their own branding) but can be applied at no extra cost.

Delivery and Lead Times

Please always allow a minimum of 7 days for your order. If you require something in a rush please call us and we will do our best to help. By placing an order with our online system you agree to all terms and conditions of the sale.

Upon dispatch of your order you will be notified by email that your parcel is on it's way and a tracking number can be supplied if required. Please note all items are freshly made by hand and may take a little longer at busy times.

Postage & Packing 

Courier costs will be automatically added to your shopping basket at checkout. Postage is £9.99 plus VAT for orders up to 20 kg.

Returns and Refunds 

Unfortunately returns are not accepted due to the nature of the items (all items are hand-made fresh to order and do not fall within the distance selling regs). If any of your items are damaged/broken please report it within 7 days from receipt of your order. If your order has been damaged during transit please sign damaged upon delivery.

Any refunds will be issued once the claim has been awarded by the courier company , this can take up to 28 days.

All items must be returned to us at the customers expense before a refund will be issued.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is extremely important to us. Please be aware that your personal information is kept confidential at all times. We will not sell or divulge your personal information to any third party under any circumstances unless required to do so under UK law. Selected couriers will be given details needed for deliveries but nothing more. Payment is entirely secure, and again, your details will never be disclosed to any third party. Please also note for safety and security reasons we never save or store financial details including credit/debit card details.

Payment

We currently accept Credit Card payments (online, via email or over the phone) & Paypal.

If you are paying by Credit/Debit card you can do this with our online system on the website via paypal. If you wish to pay over the phone please call us with your details.

Allergy Advice

We take great care in using natural chemical-free ingredients in all our products. Whilst we do our best to ensure all products are handmade to the highest quality, due to the nature of the products and manual handling, there may be some minor discrepancies which are out of our control. We advise that you convey this to all customers prior to sale to avoid disappointment. 

Please note all pictures are for reference only. All items are handmade and therefore may vary in colour and appearance from the pictures shown. The fragrance may have a different smell from one batch to another due to variations in supplier's batches or for any unknown reason.
